I, err, borrowed my sister's scanner since it's being wasted and my printer/scanner/copier crapped out on me. However, looking at this picture scan...it needs to be cleaned underneath the glass. Looks like that's an upcoming project of mine...

Anyway. If you're a watcher, the spiel is the same from Trapped inside myself, Lost in thought, and Nature Girl. This is from a class I took more than five years ago, where I took the portraits using a fully manual camera, developed my own film, printed my own pictures, etc. It was lots and lots of fun, actually. The model is Stacey, who could never look bad.

Edits? Apparently my sister's scanner makes things a bit dark, so I lightened the photo in photoshop to get the levels back to where they are on the original picture. I also stuck in a new border, since the one I have on it actually has push-pin holes in the corners. That's it.

Hey, that's really nice! I actually like the dirty scanner, hehe. ^^; Call me strange, but I like the feel it gives the photo. It kinda reminds me of something I might find in The Old House. (You know that old family house on the hill where I live.) Hehe, :giggle: I'm silly, I know. It almost seems to beg (to me at least) to be viewed in a sepia tone. Okay, gtg, work and all. :wave:

I looked at the sepia tone on it, but it wasn't me for this one. However, I might be posting some later that do require it. :heart:

Need to get going to work as well...want to see Phantom this weekend?

Very, very nice. I've always felt that black and white film captures better the textures that color. Nice contrast between the tree, the clothes and hair.

I'm terribly in love with black and white photography, though it's only a habit I dabble in sometimes...I did enjoy this class though. :heart:

hey marie phantom was an amazing movie, i highly recommend it. the music was in original score and the added songs are that bad...plus all the actors/actresses sing their parts :)

good, school is already killing me. Im taking 16 hours and they are all hard so...you probably wont see much of me unless you come to borders to see my coffee fiend ass studying

What is your class schedule like? And did you finish your law school applications?

hmm im in class 1145-350 and 720-1010 and thursday 1250-350
but i also have 2 classes online....im taking crim procedures, research methods, crime and the life course, psychology of eating and internet addictions. lots of fun

and yes i finally got all my law school stuff done just gotta mail out app fees now that financial aid came through...;) and please do stalk me out i miss you
